Tips and Tricks: carouFredSel
Some Basics
Using with Bootstrap Grids
Do not convert a Bootstrap Grid-Div into a CarouFredSel-Slider:
<div class="col-xs-8" id="slideshow"> <img src="assets/img/1.jpg" width="663" height="491"> <img src="assets/img/2.jpg" width="663" height="491"> <img src="assets/img/3.jpg" width="663" height="491"> <img src="assets/img/4.jpg" width="663" height="491"> </div>
This will break the Grid Layout. Use instead an own Div for the Slideshow:
<div class="col-xs-8">
<div id="slideshow">
<img src="assets/img/1.jpg" width="663" height="491">
<img src="assets/img/2.jpg" width="663" height="491">
<img src="assets/img/3.jpg" width="663" height="491">
<img src="assets/img/4.jpg" width="663" height="491">
</div>
</div>
Simple Slider
HTML:
<div id="slideshow"> <img src="assets/img/1.jpg" width="663" height="491"> <img src="assets/img/2.jpg" width="663" height="491"> <img src="assets/img/3.jpg" width="663" height="491"> <img src="assets/img/4.jpg" width="663" height="491"> </div>
JS:
$(function(){
$('#slideshow').carouFredSel();
})
